• 23th June 2017: Notification of Acceptance
• 7th July 2017: Registration deadline (Early-bird) → Extended to the 31st July 2017

Registration fees

Early-bird registration (until the 31st July 2017)

€ 300 (for EUROMECH members)
€ 325 (including 1 year EUROMECH membership)
€ 400 (including 5 years EUROMECH membership)

Late registration

€ 350 (for EUROMECH members)
€ 375 (including 1 year EUROMECH membership)
€ 450 (including 5 years EUROMECH membership)

All reported fees include VAT.

Registrations fees include:

• Book of abstracts
• Coffee breaks
• Lunches
• Gala dinner (on Wednesday 4th of October)

Attendees will book their own accomodation.
